I created Well Built Fitness to help people build strength, confidence, balance, and sustainable habits through realistic, evidence-based coaching designed for real life.

My Story

Why I Built This

"True health goes far beyond workouts and aesthetics. Wellness is about building strength, confidence, balance, resilience, and sustainable habits that support you in every season of life."

Fitness has always been part of my life -- first as an athlete, and later through coaching, education, and working alongside individuals at every level of performance and wellness.

As I continued growing in both my education and coaching experience, I realized that the people who saw the most meaningful progress weren't chasing perfection. They were learning how to build habits, routines, and lifestyles that actually worked for their real lives. That belief became the foundation of Well Built Fitness.

My background combines exercise science, strength and conditioning, nutrition coaching, and hands-on experience working with everyone from general population clients to collegiate and elite athletes. But more importantly, it taught me that no two people are the same -- and neither are their goals, lifestyles, or challenges.

I created Well Built Fitness to be a space that feels supportive, empowering and realistic. A place where people can improve their health, build confidence, and create sustainable progress without fitness taking over their lives. Because wellness shouldn't feel extreme. It should feel sustainable.
